Thank you for being a good example! I dont understand how people dont understand the concept that health equates to beauty. So many people think that as long as they only eat 2000 calories of mcdonalds they will lose weight and be healthy. Americans are so unaware of they concept of real food that has the vitamins and minerals the body needs to function properly! thank you for being a good example and keep being a good example to others! health is truly beautiful! ;)
