A friend of mine mixed garlic cloves in grape juice and says it is SUPER healthy for your heart. Is this true?
I doubt it’s super healthy but it’s not bad for you although it probably tastes like crap.
Garlic is very good for you, it’s good for the blood and has some immune system boost.
Grape juice is good for you as well provided it’s taken in moderation. A lot of juices out there have added sugar and even those that are 100% natural do have natural occurring sugars in them. You don’t want to be drinking too many carbs.
